Description
This ethereal, original composition is suitable for any time of year in worship, school, or concert. Subtitled "Advent Reflection," it serves a dual purpose for the Advent season, as it symbolically aligns with the themes of hope and peace represented by two of the four Advent candles. The ending includes an optional quote from the tune VENI EMMANUEL (O Come, O Come, Emmanuel.) Techniques included are singing bell, LV, and echo. With very basic rhythms and minimal accidentals, this very accessible composition is appropriate for nearly any group. It is published in compatible editions for 2-3 and 3-5 octaves.
