Composed during the summer of 2013 for the Rooke Chapel Ringers of Bucknell University, My Strength Is From Heaven features a wide variety of ringing techniques and tempi, lush harmonies, and pulsating rhythms. Both serene and lively, it is a celebration of Christ Jesus’ victory on the cross to cleanse us from all our sins, that we may walk in newness of life and abide with our Lord forever. Since our strength is from heaven, may we praise God all the more exuberantly!
