Description
"Nearer, still nearer, close to my heart.shelter me safe in that haven of rest." These meditatively thankful words are beautifully set by the composer with an accompaniment that reflects the restful, peaceful theme. The arrangement opens with the women, followed by the men, then opens up into a warm four-part section. The piece is extremely well-crafted and will suit mixed choirs of all ages.
