LICENSE TO ORCHESTRATE CG PUBLICATION

This license is available through the following stipulations:

1.  Choristers Guild owns the orchestration described herein.

2.  Although printed copies made under this license may be retained for future use, the license itself expires six (6) months after the date above.  If additional copies are required for future uses, Choristers Guild must be contacted for another license.

3.  The use of this orchestration is only for the above-named individual or organization.

4.  The copyright notice from the original publication must appear on all copies of the arrangement.

5.  Choristers Guild has the right of first refusal in the event the orchestrator seeks publication of the orchestration.

6.  This license refers only to the orchestration of the publication in question and the subsequent printed music.  If any mechanical or synchronization rights are needed, separate license(s) must be applied for through Choristers Guild.
