Join Jacob as he climbs his way up and down chords until he reaches the top of his ladder. This joyful spiritual is a wonderful way to introduce malleting, as the entire piece is played with mallets. Each section of the choir has an opportunity to take part in the melody. The piece ends with both the treble and bass climbing to the top of the ladder. This is a delightful selection for massed ringing, and is suitable for any age group.
