Earnest and reassuring, this anthem is a true reflection of the man honored in its dedication - Fred M. Rogers. Tom Trenney’s lovely arrangement of “God Is Here Today” features a beautiful partner melody and an opportunity for congregational singing. The ending phrase certainly captures the essence of this song, as well as Mister Rogers’ legacy: God is love.
Voicing: Unison/Two-part with piano and optional congregation
Composer: Tom Trenney - Trans. C. Michael Hawn
Season: General
