LICENSE TO ARRANGE CG PUBLICATION

This license is available through the following stipulations:

1.  Although copies made under this license may be retained for future use, the license itself expires three (3) months after the date above.  If additional copies are required for future uses, Choristers Guild must be contacted for another license.

2.  The use of this arrangement is only for the above-named organization.

3.  The copyright notice from the original publication must appear on all copies of the arrangement.

4.  Choristers Guild has the right of first refusal in the event the arranger seeks publication of the arrangement.

5.  If Choristers Guild decides not to publish the arrangement, the arranger may seek other publishers, but permission still must be obtained from Choristers Guild.  The publisher will then be required to pay royalty to Choristers Guild.
