Melissa Keylock


Melissa Keylock is the Music Director of the Pennsylvania Girlchoir. Previously, she served as Choral Community Liaison and Director of the Apprentice Program with The American Boychoir, and conducted the Semi-Tones and Graces Notes choirs of the Princeton Girlchoir and the Youth Ensemble and Treble Singers of the Princeton Area Homeschool Choir. She also previously worked with the Indianapolis Children's Choir, and has taught music in public and private schools. She serves on the state board of the New Jersey Choral Director's Association as the Repertoire and Standards Chair for Children's and Youth Choirs. She holds degrees from Wheaton College and Butler University, where she directed the collegiate Women's Glee Club. She completed her Kodály studies at Capital University. Her choral compositions with co-writer Jill Friedersdorf are published with Colla Voce, Hal Leonard Publishing, and Choristers Guild.
