Here is a stunning arrangement combining the Dies Irae and Stabat Mater chants, layered with the melancholy Hassler/Bach PASSION CHORALE (O Sacred Head, Now Wounded).  The singing bell technique adds intensity to this memorable selection suggested for Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, or any time during Lent/Holy Week.  The optional cello adds great sophistication to the piece, whether in worship, festivals or concerts.
