You can join, renew
or pay for an invoiced membership online,
by fax, phone or mail. We also accept gift or memorial memberships
by any of these means.
To check status of
your membership, send membership number and/or
name, church/school, city, state/province to membership@mailcg.org
with your question.
If
you have already requested that you, your church or school be billed
or invoiced for a membership, you may pay
for this invoice online. Required information includes member
name and invoice number.
New
Services and Membership Level
Associate Membership
- designed for retired choral directors and active handbell directors.
Also useful for support staff in your church or school who do not
require choral packets. Associate Membership does not include receipt
of choral packets. Associate Membership includes all the remaining
benefits of membership.
Handbell Circle
- Handbell Subscription Service with two packets of handbell
music per year. This service may be added to a membership or subscription
may be requested without the requirement of a Choristers Guild membership.

Your membership in Choristers
Guild brings you the following benefits:
- Six issues per year of The Chorister, the Choristers
Guild magazine. This comprehensive music ministry journal contains
articles to help you - the director of children's and youth choirs
in your local ministry or school. (To see summaries of contents

Chorister reviews.)
- Rehearsal Tools for Teachers - included as a pullout in each
issue of The Chorister, beginning with the August/September
2007 issue. Design Team: Charlotte McElroy, John Horman, Marilyn

- Two complete choral preview packets per year of newly released
Choristers Guild anthems and musicals for children's and youth

- Two complete handbell scorebooks with complimentary CD for children's,
youth and adult handbell choirs

- Listing of workshops and choir festivals sponsored by Choristers
Guild or by Choristers Guild Chapters or members
- Special mailings about Choristers Guild sponsored events
- Catalog of Choristers Guild resources
- Participation and registration at member rate at any conference
or event sponsored by Choristers Guild or one of its chapters.
(Conferences require one current membership per registrant; Festivals
require that one participating director bringing a choir or choirs
to the festival be a current member.)
- Posting privileges of job opportunities or resumes on the Choristers
Guild jobline for up to two months per
posting
- Awards (selected
pins, tacks, patches and the
Guild Cross) that identify your choir members as affiliated
with a Choristers Guild member church or director
- Access to Members ONLY area of the Choristers Guild website,
including forum, free downloads
and free license for the following items and services.
- Complimentary
synchronization license (non-broadcast video) is available to
members of Choristers Guild. This license gives the member permission
to reproduce videos or DVD's of programs and services utilizing
Choristers Guild publications for family members.
- Complimentary
license does not apply to licenses needed to reproduce videos
or DVD's to be sold.
- Complimentary
reproducing of articles from The Chorister, not copyrighted
by another source, is available to members of Choristers Guild.
