Description:
Based on an American folk tale, the "Tale of the Three Trees" captures the story of Jesus in a way that is both fresh and timeless. The musical is remarkably flexible. It spans the life of Jesus from birth to the cross. While it is easy enough to be performed by children, it is profound enough to appeal to performers and listeners of any age. At eighteen minutes, it is short enough to fit into a Sunday morning worship service, but is solid enough to stand alone. It can be produced elaborately, or with a minimum of costumes, props, and scenery. It can accommodate casts from 10 to 100. Helpful suggestions for stage directions are included. AVAILABLE RESOURCES (each sold separately): SCORE (CGC40); DEMO CD (CGCD13); ACCOMP CD (CGCD14); PREVIEW KIT [contains score and demo CD] (CGK17).
