Cindy Woods Berry was born in Houston, Texas, and attended Houston Baptist University. Cindy is a composer/arranger of sacred choral anthems for all voicings of children's anthems and musicals, and of piano collections for several major publishers. She frequently serves as a choral and keyboard clinician, and leads "composer weekends" and various workshops throughout the country. She has received ASCAP Special Awards for the past several years. Her goal as a musician is to always present her music as an offering of worship to God, and to help lead others in worshipping and praising God. Cindy's husband, Bruce, is a Minister of Music. They currently serve at First Baptist Church in Killeen, Texas, where Cindy is an accompanist, a children's choir director, and a Sunday School teacher. They are the parents of three grown sons. |
